It is almost December 15th and I find myself so busy that sometimes I forget to breathe.
As in, breathing slowly.
Breathing deeply.
Inhaling through my nose.
Exhaling through my nose or my mouth.
The quieter I need to be, the more I breathe solely through my nose.
Letting my mouth and jaw relax.
Allowing my eyes to float back and widen out in my head, closing them if possible.
Letting my shoulders soften and drop.
Allowing myself to feel the support of gravity – holding me gently.
My back resting on my chair or bed or whatever I've got.
Take 3-5 minutes and simply rest back wherever you are and slow down.
Calming your nervous system.
Bringing your clear thinking back online.
Allowing your creativity to blossom again.
Will you join me?
