Kim R. Keifrider describes herself as an adventurer, whether it is traveling to foreign lands to study deep in the jungle or the Andes with native shamans, or assisting clients in the exploration of their healing process.

She has pursued many paths of physical medical, multidimensional, herbal, and healing modalities, including Healing From The Core, to more fully meet clients in their need and desire for enhance physical, mental, and spiritual well being.

She initially was drawn to the work of physical therapy in high school, as an avid competitor in field hockey and track and field, realizing the impact of injuries upon performance. Her curiosity expanded as she traveled and backpacked throughout the world, interacting with indigenous cultures, with a greater understanding of healing as more than just the physical form.

Ms. Keifrider obtained her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. She has over 30 years of experience as a physical therapist encompassing the areas of acute care, rehab, long term care, outpatient, school/pediatric, and private practice.

With over 30 years experience in complementary therapies, she is also a Diplomate level Certified Craniosacral Therapist, a Certified Teaching Assistant in Craniosacral Therapy, and a Certified Presenter for the Craniosacral Overview and Introductory Workshops through the Upledger Institute, and hold a certificate in Fundamentals of Herbalism.

Ms. Keifrider began a private practice in order to embrace the growing segment of the population who seek deeper understanding of their own health issues and have a willingness to participate actively with a therapist to achieve higher levels of personal well being.

She sees clients of all ages, infants to adults.
