Healing The Pelvic Floor – Reclaiming Your Power, Sexuality & Pleasure Potential
34 Lake Cove Rd
Flat Rock, NC 28731
USA
As women we have a unique power of creativity in our reproductive systems. That power is used not only to create new life, but also to bring personal projects into being.
However, that energy can be blocked by physical, emotional, or spiritual trauma to the pelvic floor and the female organs. In this course for women, we use guided imagery, movement and hands-on exercises (all done with clothing on) to heal the pelvic floor, including the vagina and uterus, places that often hold our deepest wounds. These wounds include rape, abortions, sexual abuse, surgery, childbirth tearing and scars, self-esteem issues and negative images about our femininity. Because self-knowledge is important, scientific and anatomic information will also be presented, as well as ongoing self-care using pelvic floor yoga and abdominal massage.
Rarely does a course offer the opportunity for the depth of healing that women desire. In these five days you will experience whole new possibilities for renewed feminine energy, greater health, and a deeper sense of pleasure in being a woman. We will spend time exploring nature and how our connection to the earth deepens our connection to ourselves.
This course is designed for both therapists and women from all walks of life.
“It’s been a week since I returned from Healing the Pelvic Floor and I’m not certain I can coherently write about it yet. Wow…wow…wow. What an amazing class. What an amazing group of women. What an amazing teacher. It wasn’t just a good class – it was profound.
I have never been very comfortable around other women, preferring the company of men. Men always seemed safer and more predictable to me. But last week as I rediscovered my pelvis, I began to feel so safe and so comfortable with the women in my class. And soon I felt safe enough to just relax and revel in being feminine.
I realized that I never learned how to enjoy being female as a young girl. My mother fervently wished she had been born male; her brothers got to go so many places and do so many things that she couldn’t do because she was a girl. My mom grew up to believe that being female was a trap she couldn’t escape from. Males had all the power and all the fun, according to mom. Being female was drudgery – and dangerous as well. The world was NEVER truly safe for a woman.
Oh contrare! Now I know how mistaken my mom was. I know it in my core; my pelvis knows it in a way far beyond words. Being female is luscious and juicy and powerful and hot! Being female can be safe and full of joy. Being female is a blessing and my female body is a miracle.
Thank you, Suzanne : -))

Additional Testimonials
A year ago I couldn’t articulate why I felt drawn to do a week long “Healing the Pelvic Floor” workshop for women with Suzanne. Having just done the workshop, I know that my life has changed from a soul level to every cell in my being. I was able to connect dots from pre-birth memories, family dynamics, and awkward sexual moments when I “froze.” My adult mind could rationalize it all in order to defend my old wounds from being re-triggered. On the other side of the workshop, I realized how much of my life’s energy was being wasted just trying to hold myself together. Today I feel safe and full in the ground of my feminine being. My inner voice is strengthening as my heart, body and mind unfold in a sensuous wave of exploration. My experience with the “Healing the Pelvic Floor” is beyond words and my gratitude unmeasurable! Thank you Suzanne for being you and for embodying clarity, honesty and the trust that it takes to create space for “transformation.” Chris T. in Hawaii A participant from New York Sharon S. in FloridaI know that my life has changed from a soul level...
