By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, and your billing address. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

The Service may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of any Purchase. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we have reason, in our sole discretion, to suspect fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Completing a purchase serves as your intent to receive goods and/or services. For physical products, proof of dispatch of the merchandise will bind you as the buyer/cardholder to that sale.

Shipping

For any orders being shipping outside of the United States, customers are liable for any customs fees, tariffs or other taxes that the receiving country levies.

If you refuse to receive the product that has already been dispatched, you are liable for any fees or taxes incurred by Healing From the Core in order to reclaim the product. These will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price.

Personal Checks

Product purchases may be made by credit card, PayPal or electronic funds transfer only. We do not accept personal checks.

Refunds

All sales are final. Certain refund requests may be considered by ​Healing From the Core® on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of ​Healing From the Core®.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Service and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service.

We, therefore reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Your Agreement to the Use of Audio/Video

Aside from breakout rooms, every class we teach online is recorded for future use.

If you do not want audio or video of you included in our recordings, you will need to turn off your microphone or webcam.

Instead, you may submit training questions to us at Office@HealingFromTheCore.com. We will answer in the class without referencing your name.

Leaving your audio or video on grants us permission to use your voice and likeness in diverse educational settings that use these recordings.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ​Healing From the Core® and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ​Healing From the Core®.

The trademarks and trade dress of Healing From the Core® are proprietary to us and may not be used by you for any reasons other than as expressly permitted by these terms. All website content, design, text, graphics, and interfaces; the collection, selection, and arrangement thereof; and all software are property of, or duly licensed to, us. Any other use of materials on the Website, including modification, distribution, or reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, without the prior written permission of ​Healing From the Core®, is strictly prohibited.
