Healing From the Core:
Release & Renewal: New Year Retreat
Come slow down, relax and take stock of where you are in your life under the big beautiful skies of Sedona, Arizona.
Utilizing the Native American Medicine Wheel, which honors the balance and inclusion of all of nature, we will be accessing our right and left brain – the sacred and the linear. Come discover what it takes to release unwanted baggage, uncover your deepest inspirations, set a powerful intention for the future and manifest it in your life.
• Discover how to use breath, movement, voice and touch to slow down, deeply nourish yourself and enter your heart more fully. Explore the inner tools needed to sustain this open-heartedness in your daily life.
• Learn how to call in the elements of nature and pray in the Native American tradition of the Medicine Wheel, honoring all of creation and celebrating life and its fullness.
The Native American Medicine Wheel honors the balance and inclusion of all of nature. In opening at this level we can tap into what we need to heal, and more easily create what we want in our world.
By working with our right and left brains, the sacred and the linear, we will be opening to what it takes to create effective, powerful change in your life and to sustain it.
This time of release and renewal is also an excellent opportunity to celebrate life and its fullness, which we will do!
Being in nature as a group is often a part of this training. Please note that the hours of this training allow for a significant amount of personal time outside of the training room for rest and rejuvenation.
